That mission shapes how we work every day. We listen first, we match support staff to people rather than shifts, and we measure success by the quality of life of the people we support.

Collaboration

You are actively involved in organising your support. Scheduling is flexible, communication is two-way, and your feedback changes how we work.

We recognise the potential and strengths in every person. Support should build on what you can do, and grow it.

Support should be accessible. We offer face-to-face meetings wherever suits you, and services that flex as your life changes.

Where we are heading

Bloom Care is deepening its focus on positive behaviour support and support coordination: the supports that shape how well everything else in a plan works. Alongside them we continue to deliver the daily supports that participants and families rely on, from in home support to community participation, plan management and transport.
