Support at home, on your terms

Home should be the place where you feel most comfortable. Our in home support helps NDIS participants live well in their own home, with support that adapts to your routine rather than forcing you into ours.

Our team can help with personal care such as showering, dressing and grooming, along with meal preparation, light cleaning, laundry and medication prompts. For many participants, in home support is the difference between just getting by and living comfortably and independently.

Support workers you actually know

As a small provider, we match you with support workers who fit your personality, culture and communication style, and we keep that team consistent. You will not be introducing yourself to a stranger every week. If a worker is ever not the right fit, tell us once and we will fix it.

Funded through your Core budget

In home support is generally funded through the Core Supports budget in your NDIS plan, under Assistance with Daily Life. We will help you understand what your funding covers and design a schedule that makes it last.

Which NDIS budget pays for in home support?
In home support is usually funded from your Core Supports budget under Assistance with Daily Life. This is one of the most flexible parts of your plan. We can help you understand exactly what your plan covers.
Can I have the same support worker each visit?
That is our default, not an exception. We match you with a small, consistent team and keep it stable, because trust is built through familiarity. If someone is not the right fit, we will rematch you quickly.
Do you provide support outside business hours?
Yes. Weekend, evening and overnight support can be arranged. Tell us the schedule you need and we will build the roster around it.
